Mission Statement
SistaNxtGen exists to empower young women in Bulawayo and beyond by providing transformative training in music production, management, and creative leadership. Through mentorship, skills development, and community-building, we aim to cultivate confident, capable artists who challenge norms, amplify their voices, and shape a more inclusive and dynamic music industry.
